Parcel B is the subject of a closing transaction that is pending.  The Sellers in that Purchase Agreement are the daughters of the title owner, Lois Fultz who is deceased.  Sellers will retain parcels A and C upon closing of the subject transaction.

  • I understand that all appropriate permit fees must be paid in full prior to any reviews of application.

  • I acknowledge that by submitting this application, the application and its attachments are public information.

  • The landowner or authorized agent may make application for a zoning permit agreeing to do such work in accordance with all Aitkin County Ordinances. The landowner or authorized agent agrees that the application, site plan, and all other attachments submitted herewith are true and accurate and shall become a part of the permit. The landowner or authorized agent agrees that, in making application for a zoning permit, the landowner grants permission to Aitkin County, at reasonable times, to enter the property to determine compliance of the application with applicable Local, County or State Ordinances or Statutes. It is the applicants sole responsibility to contact other Local, County or State agencies to ensure the applicant has complied with all relevant Local, County or State Ordinances or Statutes.

  • Minnesota Statutes 15.99 requires that applications must be approved or denied within 60 days of receiving a completed application. Please note that land subdivision and lot line adjustment applications will be processed through several county departments and may take up to 14 days or more.

     1. No wetlands are to be impacted (fill, excavation, drainage) without consultation of the Aitkin County 
         Wetland Specialist.
     2. The new parcel out of 19-0-034300 must be combined with the new Parcel B. 
     3. Taxes are to be paid in full on 19-0-026700 & 19-0-034300 before recording lot split deeds.
