I had a survey in coordination with Tim Catlin with the purpose of doing a lot line adjustment on property of his that is next to mine and my mothers. I will be purchasing the property from Mr. Catlin when the adjustment is approved at the County level. I have an access issue to my parcel, and Mr. Catlin wants to clean up the rest of the parcels on the other side of the road.  The survey has clear instructions as to the lot line adjustment request.

  • I understand that all appropriate permit fees must be paid in full prior to any reviews of application.

  • I acknowledge that by submitting this application, the application and its attachments are public information.

  • The landowner or authorized agent may make application for a zoning permit agreeing to do such work in accordance with all Aitkin County Ordinances. The landowner or authorized agent agrees that the application, site plan, and all other attachments submitted herewith are true and accurate and shall become a part of the permit. The landowner or authorized agent agrees that, in making application for a zoning permit, the landowner grants permission to Aitkin County, at reasonable times, to enter the property to determine compliance of the application with applicable Local, County or State Ordinances or Statutes. It is the applicants sole responsibility to contact other Local, County or State agencies to ensure the applicant has complied with all relevant Local, County or State Ordinances or Statutes.

  • Minnesota Statutes 15.99 requires that applications must be approved or denied within 60 days of receiving a completed application. Please note that land subdivision and lot line adjustment applications will be processed through several county departments and may take up to 14 days or more.

Approved for two Lot line adjustments per section 3, subpart B of subdivision ordinance with four conditions. This application is for parcels C & D only. 
     1. No wetlands are to be impacted (fill, excavation, drainage) without consultation of the Aitkin County 
         Wetland Specialist.
      2. The new parcel created out of Tract C shall be combined with 01-0-071003 
      3. The new parcel created out of Tract D shall be combined with 01-0-071002.  LT  5-8-24
      4. Taxes to be paid in full on 01-0-071702 prior to recording lot split deeds.  TS 4-8-24
