Purpose of Planning Call

Please describe the purpose of the Planning Call:
We purchased a cabin that has been on the property for years.  We want to make an addition to it as well as new windows and siding.  We know we cannot be in view neighboring cabins.  This cabin was already close to the lake, but we do not plan on making it closer.  We need direction on what we can or cannot do.  Purpose is for an updated, larger kitchen and bathroom and to have the cabin look nice on the lake, as currently it?s a lime green with a white porch.

We have sent you a drawing describing what we would like to do, although we have decoded not to add the 4 feet on the deck.  There should also be pictures that were sent via email.
