Other Information
Other information: | Requesting PID# 08-1-070000 and 08-1-070100 have lot lines adjusted as shown on new survey attached and described in the legal description for Parcel A. This will meet the intent of the ordinance because it will be making a substandard lot more compliant by increasing its size and lake shore footage. The other portion of the above mentioned parcel will be attached to PID# 08-0-025600 by deed restriction and will not be separate, sellable, or developable on its own. The deed restriction will be placed and recorded after permit is approved to allow that to happen. This adjustment will improve both lots that are benefiting from the adjustment by placing septic's and driveway accesses on the property that they service. Both properties mentioned above have septic Compliance inspections on file at the zoning office. The garage shown on the survey as "to be removed" will be removed once permit is approved to assure the split does not create non-conformity. Our expectation is the approved permit will come with conditions that parcel B will be attached by deed restriction to PID#08-0-025600 and that the shed must be removed within 30 days or less of the approved permit, along with any other conditions the zoning department requires. |
