  • I acknowledge that by submitting this application, the application and its attachments are public information.

  • The landowner or authorized agent may make application for a zoning permit agreeing to do such work in accordance with all Aitkin County Ordinances. The landowner or authorized agent agrees that the application, site plan, and all other attachments submitted herewith are true and accurate and shall become a part of the permit. The landowner or authorized agent agrees that, in making application for a zoning permit, the landowner grants permission to Aitkin County, at reasonable times, to enter the property to determine compliance of the application with applicable Local, County or State Ordinances or Statutes. It is the applicants sole responsibility to contact other Local, County or State agencies to ensure the applicant has complied with all relevant Local, County or State Ordinances or Statutes.

  • Minnesota Statutes 15.99 requires that applications must be approved or denied within 60 days of receiving a completed application. Please note that land subdivision and lot line adjustment applications will be processed through several county departments and may take up to 14 days or more.

Approved for a lot line adjustment (per Section 3.00 Subpart C of subdivision ordinance) with three conditions;
     1. No alterations of the wetland boardwalks are permitted without consultation with the Aitkin County 
        Planning & Zoning office.
     2. Tract A shall be combined with 07-1-105700.  LT 4-9-24
     3. Taxes to be paid in full on 07-1-107000 prior to recording lot split deeds.  TS 4-8-24

Additional wetland boardwalks installed around 2019-2020 by previous landowner. Boardwalks do not meet the wetland boardwalks requirements as they are not elevated above the wetlands and some areas exceed 4' in width. Any new updates to the boardwalks by the current landowner shall provide a plan to bring the boardwalks into compliance with the wetland regulations. 4/5/2024 H.E.
