Text: | Met with applicant 12/20/22. Went over setbacks for this property and potential allowable building coverage (15%). Please see attachments for building setbacks and building coverage. Current plans are to teardown current residence and rebuild, along with replacement of septic systems. Bluff area is estimated as a 64'x50' area for this lot. This is not included in the allowable building coverage. Notified applicant that if plans are over 15% building coverage, they will need to apply for a variance. A certificate of survey is recommended if they choose a variance. |
