Project Description
Please describe your proposed project: | We are proposing to build a irregularly shaped lake home that will fit our building area of 6996 square feet as depicted on our site plan along with 3168 square feet of porches, patios, and outdoor living space. Additional Info
Additional info: (optional) |
The site is staked as good as possible with the existing structures in the way. The important stakes showing distance to the OHW are in place. We don't have any other setbacks that are even close to the requirement but have placed as many stakes as we could until the existing home is demolished. Existing residence and attached decks are being removed as part of the new build. House corners are indicated by wood stake with pink flag, Patio, Porch, and Outdoor living space is indicated by wood stake with blue flags. OHW 75' setback is marked parallel to the shoreline with orange flags and OHW is marked on shore with pink flags. Existing septic will be eliminated and new installed as designed and attached. All structures meet setbacks and ordinance requirements. I would be happy to meet the inspector onsite during inspection to answer or clarify any questions and keep delays to a minimum. Please call 218-244-4443 to set up meeting if that would help or if there are any preliminary questions. |
