Purpose of Planning Call

Please describe the purpose of the Planning Call:
We are looking at purchasing these lots that are for sale by owner and would like to understand what can / cannot be done on the lots without a variance. Our desire is to build a 4 stall shed on the upper lot to store our boats, etc. and to create a workshop. Since we already have a house nearby on the lake, we are not planning to build a home; however, we want to ensure that the lot is capable of a future home/cabin for resale value.

We would like to meet with you as soon as possible since this is a contingency for the purchase of the property and we'd like to close in June. We will need to drive up from the Twin Cities so Friday, 6/7 or 6/14 would be ideal. We also could make it work on Thursday afternoons, 6/6 or 6/13, or Monday morning, 6/10.
