8/30/17 Debbie called for Pete - I returned the call explaining Pete was out of the office this week. She explained the situation with me and asked what she could do to get this project going - at a minimum, be allowed to cut trees next weekend after they close on the property.
8/29/17 Chuck called, 80-85 yards is predicted. Was told a variance is needed for a stand alone land alteration to exceed 30 yards on steep slope. They won't have plans for a house for a while. SW
8/28/17 Talked w/ Chuck, explained the application process and variance process. He is getting a more accurate number from his excavator. SW
8/23/17 Shannon has been in contact with Applicant, they are requesting 200-300 cu yds of excavation/fill for proposed driveway on steep slope. Variance will be needed; will discuss w/ Pete.
